Lil Baby just took home his first Grammy on April 3 and now he’s dropping two new singles. The two singles are his first releases of 2022 and a sign that the newly minted Grammy winner has no plans to slow down. Good artists grind until they make a name for themselves. Great artists make a name and refuse to stop grinding. Lil Baby is in his moment and with it, he’s taking full advantage.
Lil Baby won Best Melodic Rap Performance for Kanye West’s “Hurricane” featuring The Weeknd. Even with a Grammy win, however, Lil Baby is still hungry and these new releases accent the point. The two singles, “Right On” and “In A Minute,” both come with videos and real substance. The beats are crazy, production quality masterful and the flow definitely maintains a Grammy level. Lil Baby’s debut studio album, Harder Than Ever was certified RIAA Platinum. From there he’s only gotten hungrier and more dangerous with the mic. He’s also the face of one of the hottest Rap Snacks flavors out now, “All In.” Lil Baby is everywhere but if you want to find him, look up at the top.
